    Description

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon, 1949
Original Vintage Western Movie Poster Window Card
    Starring John Wayne
My personal all time favorite. So I can attest to how difficult and how LONG it takes to find original movie promotional paper for this title.  As a matter of fact in 25 years collecting this is only the second window card we have ever found.   Only a few one sheets have surfaced in the past 20+ years.
This Very Rare window card is in very good condition with several  light horizontal creases, which are more noticeable on the back then the front.. .  That said, has surprisingly maintained vibrant colors, with no fading as usually seen. And unlike most window cards the top blank area has NOT been trimmed .
    Size is 14x22".

She Wore a Yellow Ribbon (RKO, 1949). Window Card.
The second in John Ford's "Cavalry Trilogy," this was the only one to be shot in Technicolor. John Wayne stars as an Army captain on the eve of retirement who must quiet a potential Indian uprising. Wayne is ably supported by such Ford regulars as John Agar, Ben Johnson, Harry Carey, Jr., and Victor McLaglen.
