There are a few missing sequins and a few loose strings
On the INSIDE on the shoulder pads, the hanger that was used had some kind of gooey black residue on it, which rubbed off onto the shoulder pad. I scraped off anything I could and then hand washed it with Dawn dish soap. There is still a stain, but it is no longer gooey.
There are strands of shiny royal blue "tinsel" throughout the hat ,that are loose and stand up.
The ribbons on the hat are a little dirty.
