Set of 5 early coin silver Kings pattern dinner forks, 7-15/16" length. Marked with Marquand & Co. hallmark and Federal Eagle. Marquand & Co was active 1834-1839, and later became Ball, Tompkins & Black. Each fork is heavy at about 71 grams each. Total weight of 353 grams (11.35 ozt). Monogrammed "Niblo", probably for William Niblo, founder of Niblo's Garden theatre of NYC during the early 1800s. Excellent condition with some wear to tines. See all pictures for condition.
