This item was purchased from a College Surplus Sale.  YES IT is functional, BUT it was used for training purposes for healthcare students at Rowan U in NJ and because it was not "live", it was marked as "Non Functional,  training use only", which was so someone wouldn't attempt to save a life with a training tool, which would have made the college liable.  This means it was not recently calibrated, but also means IT IS NOT WORN OUT.
    Item weighs 25 lbs!
