    Description

    Up for your consideration a gorgeous early American coin silver jug. This is inscribed from a Gertrude Binney Popes to her Mother. This lady apparently was from an American wealthy family from Boston and the Daughter of Colonel Binney. I was able to find a bit of this information online. I purchased this many years ago and just now noticed the inscription. It measures about 6 inches tall counting the tip of the handle, and 7 inches from end of handle to end of spout. The bottom measures 3.25 inches diameter. It weighs approximately 250 grams.
