Description
Square 7” Coin Silver Salver by A E Warner, Jr. Baltimore 1864-1893.This estate piece has four ball and talon feet with an unmonogrammed center within wreath on cane work ground with a repousse rose and floral border. It was made by Andrew Ellicott Warner, a prominent 19th century Baltimore silversmith, and is stamped with his name, along with the peculiar-to-Baltimore "11" ounce standard mark, indicating a silver content greater than coin and less than sterling. This piece weighs 8 Troy ounces. There is a small dent on cane ground as seen in photos. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Seller will pay for sufficient insurance.
